Shipping Zones

We currently ship to mainland France as well as most European Union countries.
For any specific request regarding delivery outside these zones, please contact us before placing your order.


New Year Shipping Delay Notice

Due to the New Year holiday period and high seasonal logistics volume, all orders placed during this time may experience delivery delays.

Please note: orders placed during the New Year period will be processed and shipped after the end of the holiday season, once regular carrier operations resume.

We appreciate your understanding, as this delay is caused by official holidays, carrier regulations, and reduced warehouse activity during this period.


Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

However, due to the New Year holiday period, processing will resume only after operations fully restart.

Once shipped:

  • Delivery within mainland France usually takes 3 to 8 business days

  • Delivery within Europe ranges from 5 to 12 business days, depending on destination

These timeframes begin after dispatch, not at the time of order placement.

Note: All delivery estimates may vary during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or exceptional logistical conditions.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Additional fees may apply for remote areas or oversized packages.


Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link allowing you to follow your order in real time.

If you do not receive this email within 72 hours after shipping resumes, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Carriers Used

We work with reliable logistics partners such as La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, and other trusted European carriers to ensure secure delivery once operations restart.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes the package to be returned, reshipping fees will be at your expense.
